Mike, like all of the techs whom we have interacted with, was very professional and polite and took time to answer our questions. For the ground bees, his inspection indicated no need for treatment, and so he was very upfront and honest about that, which saved us a lot of money. For the roach extermination part of the visit, he worked with our special requests and did a great job. The roaches are not a problem now. We have interacted with Mares three or four times and have had this same level of service. We would highly recommend them to anyone for crawl space moisture issues and inspections, as well as various types of extermination.
