We have been working with Mares for over a decade to keep the ants out of the house. They've done a great job with the monthly contract. But they just recently went above and beyond. We had a fruit fly invasion in our house. They were able to remove all the fruit flies within a couple of days using their special traps. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY HOUSE LIVABLE AGAIN. WE ARE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.

We've had Mares as our service provider since we moved to the area in November 2020, and Jesse has been our technician the entire time. Mares provides great quarterly service while consistently being responsive.

Our tech, Jesse, is the face of the organization, in my opinion. He's polite, friendly, and completely reliable. He's always either on time or a few minutes early & together, we've all but eliminated the hated palmetto bugs from our home! Mike, like all of the techs whom we have interacted with, was very professional and polite and took time to answer our questions. For the ground bees, his inspection indicated no need for treatment, and so he was very upfront and honest about that, which saved us a lot of money. For the roach extermination part of the visit, he worked with our special requests and did a great job. The roaches are not a problem now. We have interacted with Mares three or four times and have had this same level of service. We would highly recommend them to anyone for crawl space moisture issues and inspections, as well as various types of extermination.

I have a contract with Mares, so every 3 months they come out and do service for maintenance. Sweep cobwebs, apply insect granules around the house, check bait stations, etc. I have Chris do my servicing & he is tops!!! Very thorough & keeps me informed & gives me peace of mind!! Chris with Mares arrived on time and was friendly, as usual. He has treated our house for springtime ants for the last 4 or 5 years, and it works great; they are always gone in a few days. He also does our annual termite inspection.

Drew was a first-time technician to our home but was confident enough to greet me with that fact and smart enough to ask about locations of bait stations, as we have an old property with a complicated and large layout.
